I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist offering individual therapy for adults. I received my Bachelor Degree in Psychology and presumed my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Haigazian University in Lebanon. I successfully completed my clinical training at Embrace Mental Health Center (EMHC), in which I was exposed to different approaches, trained in various clinical skills and supervised extensively throughout my training. I was also part of Embrace’s National Lifeline for Suicide Prevention (1564).
I received a training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) from the American University of Beirut (AUB). I also received a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) training from Brainstation Clinics in Lebanon in affiliation with the University of Oxford and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic
Psychotherapy (AEDP) from the AEDP institute. I
The basis of my approach is relational and I borrow from various schools of therapy flexibly in response to my clients' needs.
